The introduction of EPCs is one of the biggest new environmental regulation to face the built environment this year. You have to ensure you are up-to-date with all the need to know information before the cut-off point. In this session you will gain all the information you need ready for the implementation of the next phase of EPCs, including a step by step guide to obtaining one and a full and frank review of their true cost.

Beyond Excellent: achieving an outstanding BREEAM rating
The BRE has recently undertaken the most dramatic overhaul in the BREEAM system's history. This means a greater focus on designing and delivering genuinely sustainable buildings. In this workshop you will gain first-hand information from the BRE on how to maximise your credits and achieve the rating you want with in the budget you have.
- Achieving a better link from design through to the construction and delivery to ensure targets are met
- Maximising credits in a commercially viable way
- What are the extra costs associated with raising your BREEAM rating?
- Outlining further planned changes to the system and what they mean for you
- How specific wording and evidence gathering at construction can help ensure you deliver what was set out at design
